1. WHAT IS DAFLON 500 mg film-coated tablet AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR?
Pharmacotherapeutic class
Drugs acting on capillaries – C Cardiovascular system.
Therapeutic indications
This drug is a venotonic (increases the tone of the veins) and a vasculoprotector (increases the resistance of small vessels).
It is recommended for violations of the venous circulation (heaviness in the legs, pain, impatience of the first decubitus) and in the treatment of functional symptoms associated with a hemorrhoidal crisis.
2. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE DAFLON 500 mg, film-coated tablet
Contraindications
Never take DAFLON 500 mg film-coated tablet:
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the micronized purified flavonoid fraction or any of the other ingredients.
Precautions for use
Take special care with DAFLON 500 mg film-coated tablet:
Hemorrhoidal crisis:
If hemorrhoidal disorders do not go away within 15 days, you should consult a doctor.
Venous circulation disorders:
This treatment has all its effectiveness when it is associated with good hygiene of life.
Avoid sun exposure, heat, prolonged standing and being overweight.
Walking and possibly wearing special stockings will improve circulation.
Interaction with other drugs
If you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including over-the-counter medicines, talk to your doctor or pharmacist at our online pharmacy.
Pregnancy
If you find out you are pregnant during treatment, or if you are pregnant and plan to take this medicine, talk to your doctor.
Breast-feeding
In the absence of data on penetration into breast milk, breastfeeding during treatment is not recommended.

3. HOW TO TAKE DAFLON 500 mg film-coated tablet
Dosage
Venous insufficiency DAFLON 500 mg film-coated tablets: 2 tablets per day, i.e. one tablet at noon and one tablet in the evening with meals.
For hemorrhoidal crisis DAFLON 500 mg film-coated tablets: dosage is 6 tablets per day for 4 days, then 4 tablets per day for the next 3 days with meals.
Symptoms and instructions for overdose
If you take more Daflon 500 mg film-coated tablets than you should:
An overdose may cause worsening side effects.

Classe pharmacothérapeutique
Médicaments agissant sur les capillaires – C Système cardiovasculaire.
Indications thérapeutiques
Ce médicament est un veinotonique (augmente la tonicité des veines) et un vasculoprotecteur (augmente la résistance des petits vaisseaux).
Il est préconisé dans les troubles de la circulation veineuse (lourdeur dans les jambes, douleurs, impatience des premiers décubitus) et dans le traitement des symptômes fonctionnels associés à une crise hémorroïdaire.
2. QUELLES SONT LES INFORMATIONS A CONNAITRE AVANT DE PRENDRE DAFLON 500 mg, comprimé pelliculé
Contre-indications
Ne prenez jamais DAFLON 500 mg, comprimé pelliculé :
Si vous êtes allergique (hypersensible) à la fraction flavonoïde purifiée micronisée ou à l’un des autres composants.
Précautions d’emploi
Faites attention avec DAFLON 500 mg, comprimé pelliculé :
Crise hémorroïdaire :
Si les troubles hémorroïdaires ne disparaissent pas dans les 15 jours, vous devriez consulter un médecin.
Troubles de la circulation veineuse :
Ce traitement a toute son efficacité lorsqu’il est associé à une bonne hygiène de vie.
Évitez l’exposition au soleil, la chaleur, la station debout prolongée et le surpoids.
La marche et éventuellement le port de bas spéciaux amélioreront la circulation.
Interaction avec d’autres médicaments
Si vous prenez ou avez pris récemment d’autres médicaments, y compris des médicaments en vente libre, parlez-en à votre médecin ou pharmacien sur notre pharmacie en ligne.
Grossesse
Si vous apprenez que vous êtes enceinte pendant le traitement, ou si vous êtes enceinte et envisagez de prendre ce médicament, parlez-en à votre médecin.
Allaitement maternel
En l’absence de données sur la pénétration dans le lait maternel, l’allaitement pendant le traitement n’est pas recommandé.

3. COMMENT PRENDRE DAFLON 500 mg, comprimé pelliculé
Dosage
Insuffisance veineuse DAFLON 500 mg, comprimé pelliculé : 2 comprimés par jour, soit un comprimé à midi et un comprimé le soir aux repas.
Pour la crise hémorroïdaire DAFLON 500 mg comprimés pelliculés : la posologie est de 6 comprimés par jour pendant 4 jours, puis 4 comprimés par jour pendant les 3 jours suivants au moment des repas.
Symptômes et instructions en cas de surdosage
Si vous avez pris plus de Daflon 500 mg, comprimé pelliculé que vous n’auriez dû :
Un surdosage peut entraîner une aggravation des effets secondaires.
