Action
Septanazal Adult Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline hydrochloride has a decongestant effect and reduces swelling and discharge from the nose. Thus, it relieves the feeling of nasal congestion. Dexpanthenol – a derivative of the vitamin, pantothenic acid, promotes wound healing and protects the epithelium of the nasal mucosa.
Dosage
Septanazal for adults is indicated for adults and children over 6 years of age. The recommended dose is one spray in each nostril up to three times daily as needed.
