Recommended dosage and use
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults take 1-2 tablets daily. For children over 5 years of age and adolescents, take 1 tablet once a day. Allow the effervescent tablet to dissolve in a glass of water (about 200 ml) and once completely dissolved, drink the solution. The product is best taken with or immediately after meals.

Do not exceed the indicated daily dose. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of the reach of children! It is not intended as a replacement for a varied diet.”
