Active ingredient: Ibuprofen 200 mg/5 ml;
Excipients: sodium benzoate (E 211), anhydrous citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin, sodium chloride, hypromellose 15 cP, xanthan gum, liquid maltitol, glycerin, thaumatin (E 957),
strawberry flavoring, purified water.
Properties
Ibuprofen has antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. The analgesic and antipyretic effect of ibuprofen begins within 30 minutes after taking the drug.
After oral administration, ibuprofen is partially absorbed in the stomach, and then completely
in the small intestine. After metabolism in the liver, pharmacologically inactive metabolites
completely removed from the body.

The package includes a dispenser in the form of a 5 ml syringe with a scale for easy dosing.
Pain and fever: The daily dose of Ibuprom for Forte children is 20 to 30 mg/kg of body weight in divided doses.
The dosing schedule using the dispenser supplied in the package can be achieved as follows:
Infants 3 to 6 months (5 to 7.6 kg): 1.25 ml 3 times daily (equivalent to 150 mg
ibuprofen/day).
Infants 6 to 12 months (7.7 to 9 kg): 1.25 ml 3 to 4 times daily (equivalent to
150–200 mg ibuprofen/day).
Children from 1 to 3 years (10 – 15 kg): 2.5 ml 3 times a day (equivalent to 300 mg ibuprofen / day).
Children from 4 to 6 years (16 – 20 kg): 3.75 ml 3 times a day (equivalent to 450 mg ibuprofen / day).
Children from 7 to 9 years (21-29 kg): 5 ml 3 times a day (equivalent to 600 mg ibuprofen / day).
Children from 10 to 12 years (30 – 40 kg): 7.5 ml 3 times a day (equivalent to 900 mg
ibuprofen/day).
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Recommended dose for the symptomatic treatment of pain and fever
is 10 ml 3 times a day until the symptoms disappear.
There should be an interval of 6 to 8 hours between doses.
Shake before use.
The drug can be administered directly or dissolved in water or juice.
People with a sensitive gastrointestinal tract are advised to take the medicine with food or with milk.
