The active ingredient of the drug is sildenafil (Sildenafilum).
1 film-coated tablet contains 25 mg of sildenafil (as sildenalyl citrate).
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Shell composition: Opadry II31F58914 white: hypromellose 15cP, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 4000, sodium citrate dihydrate.
Dosage

The recommended dose is 1 tablet (25 mg) approximately one hour before planned sexual activity. The time it takes for the medicine to work varies from patient to patient, but is usually between half an hour and one hour. Do not use more than once per day. After consultation, your doctor may recommend a different dosage method. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
You should consult a doctor if you do not have an erection after taking the drug or if the erection does not last long enough to allow sexual intercourse after sexual stimulation.
Action
Maxon Active contains the active substance sildenafil, which belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5). The medicine works by helping the blood vessels in the penis to relax, increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. Sildenafil helps achieve an erection only after sexual stimulation.
Indications
Maxon Active is used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men, that is, impotence. This is the inability to achieve or maintain a penile erection sufficient for sexual intercourse.
Contraindications
When not to use Maxon Active:
if you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredient of this medicine,
if you are taking nitrates or medications that release nitric oxide, as taking them together can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure,
if you are taking riociguat
if you have severe heart or liver disease,
if you have recently had a stroke or heart attack, or in cases of low blood pressure kiwi,
if you suffer from hereditary retinal degenerative changes such as retinitis pigmentosa,
if you have ever had vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.”
